Finish off 2020 with a boost to your physical and mental health by being a part of YOD yoga’s Fall 2020 21 day transformation program.
This program brings YOD and Yoga as a tool to decrease pain in your body and life and amp up your energy and happiness! The 21 day transformation includes 3 weeks of unlimited Power Yoga and YOD classes, weekly check in meetings and exploring the tools and practices of YOD methodology. You will relieve stress in your life and body, set measurable goals and have the support of a group of people just like you! We will explore nutrition and healthy eating habits, the anatomy and range of mobility of our bodies, and how our minds, physical health and energy are all connected.
