Zoom: Power/Core Power

This is a physically challenging vinyasa style class that will get your heart pumping while also encouraging you to find the strongest version of yourself. A vigorous 60-minute sequence based off the Baptiste Power Yoga Journey into Power Sequence and designed to condition the whole body.

YOD

Our YOD class incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination all in 60 minutes. The class begins with 20 minutes of yoga to warm up the body, followed by 20 minutes of Strength and HIIT, finished with 20 minutes of restorative yoga. This class is open to all levels.
