Class Descriptions

Intro to Yoga

A great class for beginners and those who want to learn more about the foundation of the traditional yoga poses. Open to all levels, this class is not heated and moves at a slower pace than our signature power classes.

Slow Flow

Slow down. Take a breath. Restore your body and your mind. This class is a great way to recover after a tough workout or wind down/start your day. An all levels class appropriate for anyone, beginner to experienced, this class is heated to 85-90 degrees.

Power/Core Power

This is a physically challenging vinyasa style class that will get your heart pumping while also encouraging you to find the strongest version of yourself. Classes feature a vigorous 45 or 60-minute sequence, comprised of functional movements, performed in a heated room and designed to condition the whole body. This class is heated to 90 degrees.

Yoga for Athletes

This non-heated class focuses on mobility, range of motion, injury recovery and injury prevention. Open to all levels, this class is great for runners, weightlifters, CrossFitters, golfers and athletes of any sport. If you’re looking for a yin to the yang of your workout routine this is the class for you!

YOD

Our YOD class incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination all in 60 minutes. The class begins with 20 minutes of yoga to warm up the body, followed by 20 minutes of Strength and HIIT, finished with 20 minutes of restorative yoga. This class is open to all levels and is heated to 95 degrees.
